A cost-per-milligram worksheet can make a liquid-format comparison clearer, but only when you use matching label information. It is a math tool, not a measure of quality and not a recommendation about use. The goal is simple: compare current product information on the same stated basis.

Before you calculate anything, open each live product page and write down the current listed price. Then read the full label statement connected to the milligram amount.
