What is MIT MILK and which pack sizes are available?

Does kratom show up on a standard 5-panel, 10-panel, or DOT drug test?

No. Standard 5-panel (SAMHSA-5 and DOT 49 CFR Part 40), 10-panel, and 12-panel workplace urine screens do not test for mitragynine or kratom alkaloids. Because mitragynine has an indole chemical structure distinct from traditional opiates, standard opiate immunoassays do not target it. Specialized forensic or extended panels (such as targeted LC-MS/MS mitragynine screens) can detect kratom only when specifically ordered. What should security clearance holders and federal employees know about kratom?

Kratom is unscheduled under the federal Controlled Substances Act and is not part of the standard federal SAMHSA workplace drug testing panel. However, U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and military branch regulations explicitly prohibit active-duty and reserve service members from using kratom. Civilian federal employees and cleared contractors governed by SEAD 4 adjudicative guidelines must comply with state and local laws (see permitted shipping states) and agency policies, and should only use batch-verified products with published third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) confirming zero synthetic adulterants. What is your return and refund policy?

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days after delivery. Opened products are eligible. We refund the product amount paid to your original payment method; original outbound shipping is excluded. Contact us before returning anything. Damaged or defective product claims may be submitted within 90 days after delivery. For approved claims, choose a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement, subject to availability.
