We import the leaf into the United States, manufacture the finished extracts in San Diego, California, and ship them from our own fulfillment center. What vertically integrated means in kratom
Most kratom sold in America is bought, not made. A brand orders powder or extract from an importer, who bought it from an exporter, who bought it from a farm. The brand's name goes on the label, but the brand has never seen the leaf. Potency can drift from batch to batch, supply can stall when a container is late, and nobody upstream has to answer for it. CRYO removes those layers. Harvest, import, manufacturing and fulfillment sit under one company, which is why we can stand behind consistency, traceability and pricing ourselves instead of relying on a supplier's word.
From leaf to finished extract
- Farming and harvest. Kratom is farmed in Thailand and mature leaf is hand picked at harvest.
- Processing. The leaf is processed into leaf-derived extract under our control.
- Manufacturing. Extracts are filled into sealed glass ampoules, capsules and 250mg tablets in finished retail packaging, made in the USA in San Diego, California.
- Testing. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for mitragynine content, heavy metals and contaminants, and the certificate of analysis is published on our lab results page.
- Fulfillment. Finished products ship from our fulfillment center in Florida to retailers, distributors and direct customers.

Where does CRYO ship from?
Finished products are shipped from our fulfillment center in Florida to retailers, distributors and direct customers, and only to locations where kratom is permitted.
